Terms of Service

offers.ai is software that produces a pre-sale diagnostic for your business. You can start with a free estimate, and you can purchase a full diagnostic memo and related documents. The analysis is built from the financial data you connect and the answers you provide.

• We are not a broker or dealer. We do not market your business, represent you in a transaction, or earn a commission on a sale.
• This is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. offers.ai is an informational tool. For decisions about selling your business, consult qualified professionals.
• Valuations are estimates, not guarantees. A valuation range reflects analysis of your data and comparable market information. It is not a promise that any buyer will pay any particular price, or that your business will sell.

You agree to provide accurate information and to connect only data you are authorized to connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.

The Pre-Sale Diagnostic is a one-time purchase of $499 (USD). Prices and the products offered may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase. Because each diagnostic is generated specifically from your data and delivered to you, sales are generally final. If the product fails to generate, or contains a material error we can confirm and cannot correct, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right or refund you.

You own your data and the documents we generate for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models. You can disconnect and delete your data at any time.

Advisory firms — bankers, accountants, wealth managers, brokers — can use offers.ai with their clients. If you start a diagnostic through a firm's invite link or partner page, that is disclosed on the page, and your diagnostic results are shared with that firm on a read-only basis. The firm cannot edit your numbers or your books, and you can revoke their access at any time from your company settings.

A firm may ask to review your results before you see them — for example, so your advisor can walk you through the findings personally. That review window is temporary: your results are released to you when your advisor releases them, and automatically within 7 days at the latest. Your data and the documents we generate remain yours throughout.

If you are a partner firm: you agree to use a client's information only to advise that client, not to redistribute or resell it, and to obtain it only through the access the client granted. Like all data on the platform, partner-program data is processed by offers.ai to operate the service — including support, quality review, and our internal administration — and that access is restricted and logged as described in our Privacy Policy.

The offers.ai software, models, templates, and design are ours and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service and the documents we generate for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.

Don't use offers.ai to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload data you have no right to, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or misrepresent the output as something it is not (such as a certified appraisal or audited statement).

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, offers.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold offers.ai harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which offers.ai is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
