Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to produce your diagnostic:

• Financial data from QuickBooks Online that you choose to connect — profit & loss, balance sheet, and the underlying transactions we use to normalize your earnings. We request read-only access and every call we make to QuickBooks is a read.
• Information you provide directly — answers to the short questionnaire, and any documents (such as tax returns, leases, or contracts) you upload.
• Account details — your email address, and payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never see or store your full card number).
• Basic usage data — standard logs needed to run and secure the service.

We use your data for one purpose: to generate and deliver your diagnostic and the documents you request, and to let you refresh them over time. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with brokers, buyers, or anyone else unless you explicitly tell us to.

Your information never trains AI models — not ours, and not any third party's. Where we use AI to help write the narrative parts of your memo, your data is processed under agreements that prohibit using it for model training.

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the product. They process data only to provide their service to us, under contract:

• Intuit QuickBooks — the source of the financial data you connect.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending the emails and PDFs you ask for.
• Anthropic — the AI used to draft the written analysis (no training on your data).
• Vercel and Neon — hosting and database infrastructure.

Your data is encrypted, using the same class of protection your bank uses. Access inside our company is restricted and logged — nobody reads your files without a genuine operational reason. We connect to QuickBooks read-only, so we cannot alter your books.

• Disconnect anytime. Disconnecting QuickBooks from your account revokes our access at Intuit immediately.
• Delete anytime. You can delete your account and data whenever you want. We erase your information within 30 days — no phone call, no retention hoops.
• Access and correction. You can ask us what we hold about you and request corrections by emailing us.

We keep your data while your account is active so you can refresh your diagnostic. When you delete your account, or when your connection has been dormant and you ask us to remove your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where we're required to keep limited records (for example, a record of a payment) to meet legal obligations.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
